Like a pressed flower or a handwritten letter, your crochet jewelry holds the softness of time and care. Each piece is protected with a water-resistant finish, but a little tenderness will help it stay beautiful for years to come.

To care for your piece:

Though sealed for protection, the threads are delicate and do best in dry, shaded places.

💍 Store thoughtfully when not worn
A soft pouch or its original box helps prevent tangling, dust, and accidental snags.

🧴 Avoid perfume, lotions, or sprays
This preserves both the waterproofing and the rich hues of the thread.

✋ Wear gently, with love
Strong though it is, your piece is happiest in quiet moments. Please remove before sleep or strenuous activity.

Shipping and Delivery

At the moment, I ship only within Singapore, as Luxury Crochet is still a small, hands-on studio — but I hope to grow and offer international shipping someday.

Please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare your piece. Each order is packed with care — from my hands to yours.

🚚 Delivery Time
Once shipped via Singpost or Courier Service providers, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

🎁 Packaging
Every order is lovingly wrapped and gift-ready — whether it’s for someone special or a treat just for you.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels
While I do my best to ensure safe delivery, once a parcel leaves my hands it is entrusted to the courier. If your package is significantly delayed or goes missing, please reach out — I’ll do everything I can to help and find a kind solution.

Returns and Refunds

Each piece is handcrafted slowly, thoughtfully, and in limited batches. Because of its delicate and personal nature, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your happiness means everything to me. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will gladly work with you toward a fair solution — whether a replacement or refund.
